ABOUT ANGELA

Angela Relucio is most recognized as Nurse Risa in all three seasons of the CBS medical drama, "Code Black." She is also known for her role as Navy Intelligence Officer, Lt. Camille Fung, throughout Season 1 of The Weinstein Company's series, "Six." Angela was raised in New York City in The Bronx. Before becoming an actor, she was a dancer who performed with Fancy Feet Dance Studio's competition troupe. She was later granted a highly-coveted spot in the "Fame" school, Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts. Being more intrigued by acting, and with an interest in other subjects, Angela opted to attend the academically prestigious Bronx High School of Science. Afterwards, she attended the acclaimed NYU Tisch School of the Arts, where she earned her BFA in Drama after training at Playwrights Horizons Theater School and The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute. In 2010, she moved from her beloved NYC to LA, where she appears in feature films and television shows, in between which she fulfills her live performance and improv cravings by performing in dinner theatre shows with Dainty Dames Events. Angela lives on both coasts, splitting her time between Los Angeles and Atlanta
